The Dalida hat Dalida a Fedora model Fedora Panama Cuenca, a weave created from simple threads typical of the city of the same name. Our Salento artisans work the unshaped semi-finished product from Ecuador, using only steam and heat, pulling it by hand onto wooden molds. It is handled with particular care throughout the process to maintain the traditional and unmistakable elasticity of Panama fibers.
The material from which the famous Panama is made follows several processing steps: it is a weaving of strands of "paja-toquilla," a straw made from the leaves of Carludovica palmata, a plant native to Central and South America. The craftsmanship of these straw strands is done entirely by hand and is an important part of Ecuador's cultural heritage; in fact, these ancient production techniques have been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Dalida carefully crafted in a feminine version with a medium wing in a simple rope color and is finished with a grosgrain ribbon in an intense Flemish pink color and a golden brass Doria logo.

For any returned product you can request a free refund or replacement for any reason. You can return purchased merchandise by shipping it back at your expense within 14 days of receipt.
Returns are easy and always free: simply repack the product in the package you received, send an email to shop@doria1905.com, and wait for the label to display on the package.
