How to buy and order
No, you only need an email address to place an order and keep track of it. We recommend creating an Account to speed up the checkout process and to access the Wishlist and updates on your orders.
If you create a Doria 1905 account and place an order, you will automatically be enrolled in our loyalty program. Each item you purchase gets you closer to unlocking exclusive rewards, including priority customer service, private sales and product customization.

Click Forgot your password? on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions. It may take a few minutes to receive the email; make sure it is not filed in your spam folder.
If you would like to receive updates on new arrivals, current trends and exclusive promotions, sign up for our newsletter by entering your email address in the appropriate section at the bottom of the Homepage.
Here is a simple guide:
- Choose a category from the drop-down menu or by searching through the many products on the Shop page. Alternatively, click on Search to search for a specific model.
- Select the item you like and click Add to Cart. Once you have chosen the items to purchase, proceed to checkout.
- Log in to your account or sign up if you haven't done so yet. If you do not have an account, you can continue in guest mode.
- Enter your address, payment information and shipping details to complete your order. Once your payment is confirmed, we will carefully prepare your hat and send it to the address provided. You will receive any updates via email!

Yes, you can make a request to cancel the order of an item before it is ready to ship. Go to the Orders and Returns section.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to an order already being processed, so you will need to purchase them separately. For more information, visit the Ordering and Shipping section.
Payments
The currency you use to pay is determined by the destination of your order and will be shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase. If the currency you choose is not available, your order will be in EUR to ensure a competitive exchange rate.
If you pay by debit card or PayPal, the amount will be charged when you receive your order confirmation.

Product availability and customization
You can be notified when a sold out item becomes available again. To do so, go to the item's page, click on the size selection drop-down menu and then on Not your size? Get notified as soon as it's available, select the size and enter your email address.
Unfortunately, no. To enable all our customers to purchase the most sought-after items, and because products are often made upon receipt of the order, we do not offer reservation services.
The items you ordered will be carefully stored inside a protective box and within the original packaging to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition.
Transportation, Taxes and Duties
Every Doria 1905 order has shipping costs that vary by size, weight, and destination. The good news is that we offer a single shipping rate for orders over a certain price threshold-meaning that in this case you can purchase multiple items and pay a single shipping rate. You will see the rate at checkout.
Once your purchase is confirmed, your order will be shipped to you within 2 business days. Delivery takes between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the destination location and shipping method you choose. Delivery times are calculated from the time your order is shipped and are approximate only.
You can also track the status of your order in your Doria 1905 account in the Orders and Returns section.
Doria 1905 ships to the following destinations on a DDP (duty paid return) basis:
European Union (excluding Canary Islands), UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Qatar, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, E.A.U., Japan, Brazil, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Bahrain, and Turkey.
This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price and there are no additional costs due to delivery.
If you select a DAP (Delivery At Place - at an agreed upon location) destination, i.e. outside the countries mentioned above, the price payable to Doria 1905 will not take into account import duties, nor sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will be required to pay these taxes directly to the courier to release the order from customs.
For U.S. customers, Doria 1905 does not collect sales or use tax. Your purchase may be subject to a sales or use tax unless the shipping location is exempt from taxation. Many states require a special return at the end of the year for taxable purchases that have not been taxed (including Internet purchases) and payment of use tax on those purchases.

We are working to make shopping on our website more sustainable, so we have removed invoices from Doria 1905 parcels. Log into your Doria 1905 account on the website to download it.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) on all items that are returned within 15 days of the delivery date and provide free pickup service for all returns.
To set up a return, open the Orders and Returns section in your account.
We suggest you book your pickup as soon as possible to meet the 7-day return policy. Any returned item must not have been used or damaged and must still have all labels attached. All boxes or cases received with the order must be included with the return. If anything inside the return is damaged or missing, we may not be able to process a refund. For more information on how to cancel and return an order, visit Returns and Refunds.
To reserve a return, go to Orders and Returns in your Doria 1905 account.
For our free pickup return service, select pickup By Courier, choose your preferred date and time, and we will send you a confirmation email with next steps. You can also reschedule your pickup in the Orders and Returns section in your account.
If you prefer to make the return in person, select the In Store or Drop off option instead. Prepare the package with the return documents included with your order and bring it to the selected store/drop off point along with the return confirmation email.
Yes, all Doria 1905 orders that need to go through customs will have a receipt, also known as a return note (Return Note). When you prepare your return, you should include the Return Note on the outside of the Doria 1905 box.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to the Orders and Returns section if you have an account or provide the order reference number and your email.
- Find the order you want to return and click on Make Return.
- Select the items and reasons for your return.
There are two ways to arrange a return. Depending on where you are, one of the two will always be available.
1. Book a return with pickup
Select your return address and number of packages, set a date and time for pickup, and click on Book Pickup.
2. Bring your return at no cost to one of our Doria 1905 boutiques or a drop-off (drop-off) point near you
Select the In Store or Drop off option in your account and take your return to the selected boutique or drop off location.
Prepare your return
- Store your item inside Doria 1905 packaging/packaging, not forgetting any boxes, protective bags or cases.
- Attach your return label to the outside of the packaging.
- If you received a return note in your order, attach it to the outside of your package.
- Give the waybill to the courier. Make a note of the waybill number to track your return.
Ask the courier to scan the package upon pickup (either at your address or at the drop off point). This way you can make sure the package is tracked.
You can track your return using the number assigned to your return label. After we receive your return, it will be processed. This can take up to 6 calendar days. As soon as your return request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.
We are sorry, but because these items were created exclusively for you, we cannot accept returns.

The size of a product refers to the measurement on the label, the fit describes how the model fits on the head, and the material indicates what a particular product is made of. For more information, see the Product Details and Size and Fit sections on the product page.
If your item does not fit, you can return it using our return service and request a size exchange. You can do this yourself by sending us an email or contacting our Customer Service Department.
