Doria 1905 Pink Edition for LILT
Doria 1905 participates in the breast cancer prevention awareness campaign with the creation of a special dedicated model, declined in an elegant shade of pink, in homage to the symbolic color of "Pink Month."
The Pink Month is now a universally recognized event, culminating in International Breast Cancer Day on October 19.
During "pink" month, there will be numerous charity initiatives to fund research, and, with health awareness
and the environment that sets the Salento brand apart, Doria 1905 has specially created a hat to support the LILT Milan Monza Brianza.
RAINDROPS - BORIS PINK EDITION by Doria 1905, is a hat seemingly feminine in image, genderless in form. It is made from the fabric of the legendary early 20th-century aviation bomber jacket and cult jacket of 1980s looks, in a special nuance Parfait Pink (quoting Pantone). This material dresses the iconic piece from Doria 1905's "RainDrops" line, the Boris bucket.
It is a technical garment that protects against raindrops, wind and cold thanks to the mesh lining, which is exceptionally dressed in a shade of pink. Such material was specially chosen to be playful and at the same time easily combinable. In fact, by capturing the many shades of light, it blends with different colors, gives particular light to the face and is wearable by everyone. The inner ribbon, in a very soft-touch elastic, makes the fit perfect and increases the tightness of the hat at the headband. The chin strap, in addition to its practical function, is a top detail, almost a decoration.
It will also be displayed at the Doria 1905 Press Day, which will be held in the new Milan Showroom at Via Santa Maria alla Porta n. 9 on Sept. 14/2021. The entire proceeds from the sale of each hat dedicated to the initiative will be donated to the LILT Association.
