Disclosure of refunds
Our 30-day returns policy states that after you receive an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
For it to be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damages or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and make sure to fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promo items or gift certificates.
Replacements
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, when the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, within 10 business days you will receive your refund automatically through your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.
