Men's Summer and Winter Caps
Summer and winter men's hats are some of the most loved and sought after accessories in the male wardrobe thanks to their versatility and usefulness; whether it is to shelter from the cold or to cover themselves from the sun's rays, men's caps have gained a real connotation in the choice of everyday outfit and clothing.

The birth of the summer and winter men's cap is due to the common need to cover the head against atmospheric agents such as cold, rain, snow and sunlight.

In the last century the hat has gained space in the male wardrobe thanks to many artisanal realities that have transformed it into an indispensable accessory of one's daily clothing.
The most popular models of men's caps
The models of men's caps are many and very different from each other, the most popular ones are undoubtedly the Baseball Cap, the Duckbill and the Sliced Cap born as a hat for workers in mines.

The Baseball Cap is certainly the most classic of the caps that every man has in his wardrobe thanks to the casual mood: it is a very versatile cap and lately even the big fashion houses have started to offer them as a very chic accessory that completes the look.

The Duckbill is very similar to the classic Coppola with Spicchi differing for its elongated shape in the front part resting on the visor creating this effect called "duck beak"; is one of the most used caps in recent years.

The wedged cap is known all over the world before as a worker cap in fact it was used in the mine; since the middle of the last century this hat has conquered a space in every man's wardrobe becoming a real ambassador of elegance.
How to choose the most suitable women's cap for you
The choice of the ideal men's cap is always a very serious and complicated matter because it must respect some fundamental factors, the first of which is precisely the use you intend to do.

In the case of a social occasion or some informal party, a Duckbill hat in solid color or with a checkered or patterned pattern is the best choice, giving an urban-chic touch to your style while in everyday life a classic wedged cap is never a wrong choice.

The seasonality of the cap should also be taken into consideration: in the summer, the summer men's cap is characterized by brighter colors and very light materials such as cotton and linen. The winter men's caps, on the other hand, are characterized by heavier, water-resistant materials with less bright colors.
How to Choose the Right Men's Cap Size
Choosing the correct men's cap size is always a critical moment also because each cap made with craftsmanship and then sold in hats have very different sizes than the classic ones to which clothing stores have become accustomed.

The sizes of the caps are calculated in centimeters and range from size 55 (the smallest) up to 62 (the largest); to understand which is the most suitable size for us we need to follow an extremely simple and quick procedure.

To calculate your correct cap size, all you have to do is take a tailor's tape measure, measure the circumference of your head holding the tape just one centimeter above your ears, which is where your hat will fit perfectly.

If you do not have a tailor's meter, you can calculate the size simply using a piece of string, a string or a lace of your shoes: in the same procedure as before, calculate the circumference with the meter, mark with a pen or a felt-tip pen at the point where the two parts of the lace meet, after which with a ruler or a normal meter measure the lace.
